City of Palouse:

12/12:  Barking Dog, I street and Church Street, verbal warning issued.

12/13:  Noise Complaint, 300 Block W. Mohr St, loud motor revving, vehicle gone upon arrival.

12/16:  Unattended Death, 700 Block N. J Street, man found deceased in home, no suspicious circumstances.

12/22:  Assist WSP in vehicle collision, Hwy 27 MP 10, no injuries.

12/22:  Assist Oakesdale Marshall in assault/CPS case.

12/24:  Motor Vehicle Collision, 200 Block E. Main, City employee backed city backhoe into parked vehicle during snow removal operations.  No injuries.

12/31:  Assist WCSO, Property dispute, N. River Rd.

 

Town of Garfield:

 

12/01:  Attempted Burglary, 400 Block N. 2nd, someone attempted to gain access to locked garage.  Nothing was stolen.

12/05:  Civil Dispute, 400 Block E. California, reporting party requested officer speak with son following verbal argument.

12/09:  Vehicle Prowling, 3rd and Main Streets, vehicle owner reports vehicle gone through during the night.  Nothing was stolen.

12/12:  Assist Pullman PD, Pullman officer requested an officer contact a Garfield resident following a gasoline drive-off in Pullman.

12/13:  Two concealed pistol licenses were issued.

12/14:  Welfare check, 700 Block N. 4th.  Caller requested an officer check on father who had been recently released from hospital.  Father was found okay.

12/22:  Bank Alarm, State Bank NW, False Alarm.

12/22:  Dog At Large, 7th and Main Streets, Reporting Party found a dog running at large.  Owner contacted.  Dog picked up at reporting party’s house 12/23.

12/23:  Dog At Large, 600 Block W. California St., Reporting party found loose dog.  Owner contacted, picked up dog.  Verbal warning issued.

12/23:  Suspicious Person, 200 Block N. 8th, Reporting party said a FedEx delivery person was asking about a subject, and it seemed odd.  She later called back to say the complaint was unfounded.
