We Are Lions. We meet the needs of our local communities and the world.

We have over 2.3 million members worldwide in 206 countries. We conduct vision and health screenings, build parks, support eye hospitals, award scholarships, assist youth, provide help in time of disaster and much, much more.

The Palouse Lions Club is an active member of Lions International. Our goal is to provide services to the community of Palouse, Washington. In 2010, the Club's programs and donations returned over $11,000 back to this community.

Some of our fund raising projects include:

  • The Lions Club Hamburger Cart at many Palouse functions
  • The Community Christmas Card
  • Palouse Day Breakfast, and the Palouse Day Duck Race

Some of our projects include:

  • Support for Lions International Sight and Hearing programs, some of which we have been able to use locally.
  • Flags placed downtown
  • Children’s parties for Halloween and Christmas
  • Sponsor of the Palouse Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts
  • Maintaining an RV park for visitors
  • Downtown Christmas decorations
